How To Deal With The Dust Of Raymond Mill

2021-03-25

During the operation of the Raymond Mill, there are four reasons for the generation of dust:

1. During the operation process of sand-finding, mixing, sieving, packaging, and transportation of castings used in the Raymond mill, as well as the deposited dust due to vibration or airflow movement, the deposited dust re-floats in the air ( Generate secondary dust) is also a source of dust.

2. The mechanical processing or crushing of Raymond mill equipment, such as metal grinding, cutting, drilling, blasting, crushing, grinding, agricultural and forestry products processing, etc.

3. Particles formed by incomplete combustion of organic substances, such as smoke and dust produced by burning wood, oil, coal, etc.

4. Dust particles formed by condensing or oxidizing steam generated when the material is heated in the air, such as metal smelting, welding, casting, etc.

Below are SBM experiences of handing dust release:

(1) Common Raymond mill equipment is equipped with a simple bag dust collector. After the Raymond mill is turned on, a large amount of dust will be generated in a short time. According to this feature, SBM now equipped with a pulse dust collector for users, which can purify and discharge the excess dust discharged by the Raymond mill, with a dust collection rate of 99%, which meets environmental protection requirements.

(2) Generally, it is caused by the failure to adjust the air pressure of the Raymond mill. It is necessary to adjust the air intake and exhaust flow of the fan. Positive and negative pressure to adjust.
