Thinking About Calcium Carbonate Production Line

Calcium carbonate is widely applied in many industrial applications. Calcium carbonate production is a relatively complex process. It involves several processing stage and technology including quarrying, mining, crushing, grinding, screening, processing, separation, and calcining etc.

The calcium carbonate applied in industry is mainly extracted by mining or quarrying. Pure calcium carbonate especially for food or pharmaceutical use can be produced from a pure quarried source usually marble. 

The calcium carbonate grinding system usually contains Ball Mill, LM Vertical Grinding Mill, Trapezium Mill, Ultrafine Mill, etc. for different usage, the system also equips with deceleration machine, blower, hammer mill, dustpan elevator, impulse dust cleaner, piping device, cyclone collector device, classifier, high-pressure motor and muffler and so on.

According to Romania customer' s requirement, our engineer suggested he adopting MTM Series Medium Speed Trapezium Mill and SCM Series Ultrafine Mill from our company.

Transport the large size of calcium carbonate into ball mill, and you can adjust the final products' size between 0.074mm and 0.4mm. Then transferred the calcium carbonate powder to MTM trapezium mill. At last use ultrafine mill to grind calcium carbonate powder between 325 meshes to 2500 mesh.

As we all know, the powder of calcium carbonate is widely used in many industries, such as agriculture, light and heavy industries. And it plays an important in them. So the calcium carbonate grinding mill plant is necessary and useful.
