Crush

Crush the large pieces of calcium carbonate material by the crusher to the size of the feed size of the mill (15mm-50mm)

Grinding

The calcium carbonate that meets the feed size of the mill is sent to the silo by the elevator, and then sent to the grinding chamber of the mill by the vibrating feeder evenly and quantitatively for grinding.

Classification

The ground material is classified by the classifier, and molecules that do not meet the requirements are classified by the classifier and then returned to the host for re-grinding.

Collection Powder

After being classified by the powder concentrator, the powder that meets the fineness requirements is separated and collected by the airflow through the pipe into the dust collector. The collected finished powder is sent to the finished product silo through the discharge port by the conveying device, and then unified by the powder tanker Or automatic packing machine for packing.
