Background

This clients is located in Shandong Province, North of China. A local grinding and supplying station of fine coal powder, which is supplied to nearby companies which running boilers.

SBM design this plant as client economic and efficient requirement: 

• 1. Use airlock feeder instead of close-type weight feeder & big surge coal bin, which is expensive need high fabricate cost; 
• 2. At the same time, use same fine coal silo supplying to hot stove for hot air generating, save one silo construction.
• 3. Abandon steel tower structure, adopt pneumatic conveying system for coal powder cooling in transportation to nearby silo. Which help client reduce much investment cost.
